Based on Cecilia Ahern’s successful novel (written when she was just 21), P.S. I Love You is an emotional film filled with the kinds of elements you expect to see in a romantic comedy but with enough charming surprises to keep it from falling too far into cliché territory. It’s got director Richard LaGravenese’s style, Hilary Swank’s relatable-ness (sorry) and Gerard Butler’s unending charm (Jeffrey Dean Morgan too, ladies)… and it’s got Ireland.

County Wicklow

Wicklow National Park – This gorgeous national park provided the stunning vistas for when Gerry and Holly meet along the road. {website}

Enniskerry – The town that holds the small farm where Gerry's parents lived.

Ballylocken – Hard to find any information on this small town, but I'm guessing it was used for the "wild Irish dog" scene.

Dublin

Whelan's Pub – A popular live music venue on Wexford Street, this is the pub where Gerry serenaded Holly and subsequently Holly meets William for the first time. {website}
